How do I book a room?

Via our own website you can easily make a reservation, you will directly see our availability and rates.

What is the minimum age to book and stay in a room?

The minimum age is 21 years.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can choose between two options. The non-refundable option really means that your reservation can not be cancelled for free directly after making the reservation.With the fully flexible option, you can cancel your reservation for free up until 2 days before the arrival date. When the reservation is cancelled too late we will charge 100% of the room costs.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, you need to contact our reception, this can be by email or by phone.

How do I change my reservation?

Changing your reservation depends on the cancellation policy you have chosen. With a non-refundable booking you are also unable to change your reservation. With the fully flex option you can also change your reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

No, you do not need a credit card to make a reservation. You can also make a reservation with iDeal, ApplePay or GooglePay. Do keep in mind that when you make a reservation it will be charged right away, also when you use a credit card.

Can I make a reservation without credit card or pre-payment?

This is possible, you do need to contact our reception. In this case your reservation is not guaranteed and we will hold you room until 18:00.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept almost all cards but we do not accept cash payments! A payment request would also be possible.

Can you place an extra bed?

An extra bed is only possible in the Havendijk Suite and costs € 30 per night. A baby cot can be placed in any room and costs € 15 per night.

Can I park my car?

You have two options. You can park for free on the street around our hotel or for € 12,50 per night you can use our parking garage. It is also possible to park your bike in our garage for € 3 per night.

What are your opening hours?

Our hotel is opened everyday from 07:00 to 23:00, if you arrive after 23:00 please let us know so we can send you our late arrival instructions. Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and the check-out is until 12:00. For €20,- you can check-in an hour earlier or check-out an hour later. This is always based on availability!

I forgot something in my room, what should I do?

Did you forget something in the room? Contact our reception to check if we have found it. We are not responsible for lost items but we will keep items we find for a maximum of 3 months. Food, toiletries and underwear will be thrown away due to hygiene. To ship your forgotten item is for your own account.

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?

If you have any complaints during your stay, either about the room, breakfast, our staff or service, please let us know immediately during your stay. We will try to solve it as best as possible. IF you still want to send us your complaint after check-out, please send it to admin@havendijkhotel.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
